Brenspeed’s 2013 Mustang

Brenspeed is one of the more recognized and successful companies that competes in the NMRA drag racing series. In the past they have worked with companies like Saleen to help build their competition cars – even offering a serialized Saleen S302 drag package – but for the 2012 season they have teamed up with Roush Performance  to give their new 2013 Mustang race car a makeover. The Mustang, painted in Gotta-Have-It-Green, recently made the trip up north to Plymouth, MI to get the full Roush treatment. The car now features Roush’s R6 body kit that includes a new front fascia with driving lamps, hood scoop, side splitters, rear spoiler and rear fascia to go with the Roush supercharger underneath the hood.
The new body components combined with the eye-catching paint and drag racing wheels and tires now give the Brenspeed Mustang a menacing new look to go with its performance capabilities. You can see the car in detail in the photo gallery below, or if you’re in the Eastern Michigan area you can see the car in person this weekend where it will be debuting its new look at the NMRA event at Milan Dragway.
